Fix Fine Furniture

We are not happy with this company and their level of customer service which is very poor. Apparently, City Furniture and Ashley are using this company to repair their “pleather” furniture. We’ve had three appointments scheduled and twice he was late and the other time he just didn’t show up. No calls, nothing. This is unacceptable after waiting all day. Not even an apology was given.

In addition, he was conducting personal business on his phone while working on our chair. A zero rating would have been given if the rating allowed. The customer is not valued at Fix Fine Furniture nor Ashley Furniture.

My dining room chair broke. It was no longer available to buy. James fixed it just like new! And reasonable. And he comes to your home to pick it up or to repair. And such a nice man. 200% satisfied.

I had a great experience today with James & his son Treylan repairing the base of my kitchen table.
