Recommendation
I called Certified Heat &Air requesting they replace 2 UV light bulbs in my 2 air handler units. Asked for an estimate in advance. They insisted the tech needed to see it first even though I gave the model #. They tried to sell me on their maintenance program which I rejected. Long story short; the tech proceeded to take apart my units photography everything then tried to sell me $5500 in improvements! A huge waste of time. I agreed to pay for the 2 overpriced bulbs (over $600). Today we got an additional bill for an unrequested “inspection”. Very disappointed. I do NOT recommend Cert Heat & Air. Maybe they have adopted a new high pressure sales plan lately? My experience with Elevation was about the same.
