He was able to send someone out the very next day. Unfortunately, they found a crack that was causing the system to leak. They could have refilled it, but there was no guarantee how long the repair would last. The previous refill only lasted about six months, and I learned this is a known issue with the make and model I had. Since Carlos had completed the original installation four years ago, he offered me a replacement unit at a discounted price. I was getting ready to leave town, and he went above and beyond by rearranging his schedule to install the new unit the following day. The replacement unit is better than the original, and I now have full automation that allows me to monitor and control the garage temperature from anywhere. I really appreciate the quick response, fair pricing, and excellent service.

Several years ago, Premium Cooling Solutions put in a split system in my garage. That system has been maintained by my. Regular HVAC company. Unfortunately, the unit was not working well and my routine HVAC company inspected it recharge the system and felt there was a couple of leaks and likely would need to be replaced. I contacted Premium Cooling Solutions and they promptly came out completely disassembled the machine cleaned it, and found no leaks or problems with the system. I will certainly use them again and likely will be changing to their services for all our HVAC needs.

Two instances where the representative didn't show up without call or text. However, when contacted, the team was dispatched within two hours and did an excellent job cleaning the mini-split and ensuring everything was working perfectly. Hesitant to fully recommend due to scheduling issues and multiple times being left waiting for AC service. On the positive side, the company works on Lennox systems.
