Smart Pools

For about 6 months now we have been using Smart Pools and they did a great job. Sending us weekly pictures of our pool after service and it always looked clean. We had a few trouble spots and I would mention it when the employee came to clean. Recently the past couple weeks we have h ad algae in the pool in some spots. We have been told they are having problems keeping up with chemicals in our pool. I mentioned trouble spots yesterday however it was not cleaned and the employee left. I called Johnny PIno and he said he will send someone tomorrow. I will see if the problem has been addressed and follow up here. They used to be 5 star but I had to knock off a star due to the employee leaving the pool dirty.
